摘要
利用重铬酸钾氧化法(NY/T1121.6-2006)测定土壤有机质,根据有机质含量的不同,调整有机质分析机器人的设置参数,并进一步探究适合仪器测定的称样质量。通过优化仪器性能和测定条件,一方面可以提高分析准确度,另一方面可以缩短滴定时间提高测定效率。对标准样品和实际样品进行测定,结果表明该仪器具有准确度好、精密度高和分析速度快的特点。
Potassium dichromate oxidation method(NY/T1121.6-2006)was used to measure soil organic matter,according to the difference of organic matter content,the setting parameters of the organic matter analysis robot were adjusted and the weighing quality suitable for instrument measurement was further explored.By optimizing instrument performance and measurement conditions,on the one hand,analysis accuracy can be improved.And on the other hand,titration time can be shortened,so that measurement efficiency can be improved.The standard samples and actual sampleswere measured,the results showedthat instrument had the characteristics of good accuracy,high precision and fast analysis speed.
