摘要
本文通过对插销的不同材料与加工工艺进行研究,通过实验测试数据进行对比,对空心插销的铆接工艺进行研究,阐述了实施中的关键技术、性能对比分析,以及在铆接加工工艺中的难点和解决方法,提出了一种空心插销铆接加工新工艺,为转换器等产品的设计与加工提供了理论基础。
In this paper,riveting process of the empty pin is discussed by studying the different materials and processing technology of the plug,and comparing the experimental test data.And the key technology in the implementation of the empty pin,the performance comparison analysis,and the difficulties in the riveting process are also explained.The solution to propose a new process for empty pin in riveting processing is introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and processing of converters and other products.
