摘要 地理国情是空间化、可视化的国情信息。“十三五”期间,武汉市按年度持续开展了地理国情监测工作,针对城市发展与资源环境协调性发展等问题,围绕服务生态文明建设、服务自然资源管理等工作,结合环保、气象等监测成果开展了城市资源环境监测实践,初步构建了以生态城市、低碳城市、海绵城市、资源环境承载力监测为主体的监测体系,为城市人居环境建设与城市高质量发展提供技术支撑。 Geographical conditions are spatial and visual information of national conditions.During the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,Wuhan continued to carry out the monitoring of geographical conditions on an annual basis,in view of urban development and the coordinated development of resources and environment,around the construction of service ecological civilization,service natural resources management and other work,combined with environmental protection,meteorology and other monitoring results of urban resources environmental monitoring practices,initially built an ecological city,low-carbon city,sponge city,resource environment carrying capacity monitoring as the main body of the monitoring system for urban living environment construction and urban high-quality development to provide technical support.
