摘要
目的分析脑梗死(CI)患者接受机械取栓(MT)治疗后发生症状性颅内出血(SICH)的影响因素。方法回顾性收集2019年5月至2021年5月光山县人民医院神经内科收治的50例CI接受MT治疗后发生SICH患者的临床资料,设为发生组。按1∶1纳入同期收治的50例CI接受MT治疗后未发生SICH患者的临床资料,设为未发生组。记录患者入院时基线资料及相关实验室指标,分析CI患者接受MT治疗后发生SICH的影响因素。结果发生组取栓次数>3次的占比、术前血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平、术前空腹血糖(FBG)水平均高于未发生组(P<0.05)。取栓次数>3次、术前血清MMP-9及FBG过表达均为CI患者接受MT治疗后发生SICH的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论取栓次数>3次、术前血清MMP-9及FBG过表达均为CI患者接受MT治疗后发生SICH的影响因素。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage(SICH)after mechanical thrombectomy(MT)in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with CI who developed SICH after receiving MT treatment from May 2019 to May 2021 in the Department of Neurology of Guangshan County People’s Hospital were retrospectively collected and set as occurrence group.According to the ratio of 1 to 1,the clinical data of 50 patients with CI who did not develop SICH after receiving MT treatment were included in the same period and set as non-occurring group.The baseline data and related laboratory indicators of patients at admission were recorded,and the influencing factors of SICH in CI patients after receiving MT treatment were analyzed.Results The proportion of thrombus removal times more than 3,the level of preoperative serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and the level of preoperative fasting blood glucose(FBG)in occurrence group were higher than those in non-occurring group(P<0.05).The number of thrombectomy more than 3 and preoperative serum MMP-9 and FBG overexpression were the influencing factors of SICH after MT treatment in CI patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The number of thrombectomy more than 3 and preoperative serum MMP-9 and FBG overexpression are the influencing factors of SICH after MT treatment in CI patients.
