摘要
建筑业在发展过程中往往会面临着方方面面的各种财务风险,企业在发生财务风险之前,必须要采取适当且有效的管理控制的措施,从而使得发生各种财务风险可能性得到降低,或者在无法避免发生风险的时候能够减少因风险而造成企业的损失。公司应该结合实际情况建立有效的、科学合理的管理控制机制来应对潜在的财务风险和加强自身的监管力度。文章从项目施工流程角度论述分析了企业的财务风险问题,并且结合财务风险的问题给出了一定的解决和处理的措施。
The construction industry often faces various financial risks in the development process.Before financial risks occur,companies must take appropriate and effective management and control measures.This reduces the possibility of various financial risks,or reduces the loss of the enterprise due to risks when risks cannot be avoided.The company should establish an effective,scientific and reasonable management and control mechanism based on the actual situation to deal with potential financial risks and strengthen its own supervision.The article discusses and analyzes the financial risk of the enterprise from the perspective of the project construction process,and gives certain solutions and treatment measures in combination with the financial risk.
