摘要
在电网分压线损统计中,供电量大但管理水平较低的10kV配电网线损电量占比最大。针对这种情况,对国内供电企业10kV配电网线损管理工作进行深入调研分析,找寻10kV配电网线损管理特点及不足之处,并通过建立两级指标体系来分析影响线损的众多指标;基于指标体系、FCM聚类算法和等值电阻法,设计了一种10kV配电网线损降损潜力测算模型;然后给出10kV配电网节能管理的具体措施;最后,以某大型城市10kV配电网实际数据为例,对该测算模型进行测试,结果显示该模型可客观测算10kV配电网节能降损潜力,为线损管理提供数据支持及考核指标。
In the statistics of partial voltage line loss of power grid, the line loss of 10 kV distribution network with large power supply but low management level accounts for the largest proportion. In view of this situation, the line loss management of 10 kV distribution network in domestic power supply enterprises has been deeply investigated and analyzed to find the characteristics and shortcomings of line loss management of 10 kV distribution network, and many indicators affecting line loss were analyzed by establishing a two-level index system;based on the index system, FCM clustering algorithm and equivalent resistance method, a calculation model of line loss reduction potential of 10 k V distribution network was designed;then the specific measures of energy-saving management of 10 kV distribution network were given;finally, taking the actual data of 10 kV distribution network in a large city as an example, the calculation model was tested. The results show that the model can objectively calculate the energy-saving and loss reduction potential of 10 kV distribution network, and provide data support and assessment indicators for line loss management.
