中间支撑冷弯薄壁型钢灌浆墙体抗剪性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高C形冷弯薄壁型钢墙体抗剪承载力和抗侧刚度,提出了一种新型中间“Z”字形支撑冷弯薄壁型钢灌浆墙体,并基于低周反复试验,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了墙体模型,通过墙体破坏特征、荷载-位移曲线和墙体最大抗剪承载力三方面验证了模型的准确性,进一步分析了“Z”字形斜撑、钢材厚度、横撑以及竖向荷载对墙体抗剪性能的影响.研究结果表明:墙体抗剪承载力主要由“Z”字形斜撑、填充材料、内墙板三部分承担,墙面板、填充材料与钢框架相互约束,共同工作;“Z”字形斜撑可以有效提高墙体抗剪承载力,在空框架墙体中作用尤其明显;随着钢材厚度的增大,墙体抗剪承载力逐渐提高,但影响程度随着钢材厚度的增加而减小;横龙骨和竖向荷载对墙体抗剪承载力的影响较小;竖向荷载的增大会降低墙体抗剪承载力,但较低幅度较小;推导出了适用于新型中间支撑冷弯薄壁型钢灌浆墙体的抗剪承载力计算公式,并提出了墙体构造要点. In order to improve the shear bearing capacity and lateral stiffness of C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel structure,a new type of Z-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel grouting wall with intermediate support is proposed.Based on cyclic loading experiment,the wall model is established by ABAQUS finite element software.Then,the accuracy of the model is verified through three aspects,namely,the wall failure characteristics,load-displacement curve and the maximum shear bearing capacity of the wall.The influence of Z-shaped diagonal brace,steel thickness,transverse brace and vertical load on the shear performance of the wall is analyzed.The results show that the shear bearing capacity of the wall is mainly provided by three parts:Z-shaped diagonal brace,filler material and inner wall panel;the wall panel,filler material and steel frame are mutually constrained and work together;Z-shaped diagonal brace can effectively improve the shear bearing capacity of the wall,which is especially obvious in the empty frame wall;with the increase of steel thickness,the shear bearing capacity of the wall gradually increases,but the influence decreases with increase of the steel thickness;the transverse keel and vertical load have little influence on the shear bearing capacity of the wall;with the increase of vertical load,the shear bearing capacity of the wall reduces,but the reduce range is small;the shear bearing capacity calculation formula that is applicable to the new type of cold-formed thin-walled steel grouting wall with intermediate support is deduced,and the key points of the wall structure are put forward.
