摘要
试验旨在研究酵母细胞壁多糖对滩羊生产性能、免疫因子以及抗氧化指标的影响。选择体重相近的育肥羊60只,随机分为四组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1、2、3组分别在对照组的基础上添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的酵母细胞壁多糖,预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:滩羊育肥期日增重试验2组显著高于试验3组、对照组(P<0.05);试验2组滩羊屠宰率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);系水力、熟肉率和剪切力各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05);IgM试验2组与试验1组、对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验3组和试验1组、对照组差异显著(P<0.05),试验2组IgG与试验1组、试验3组、对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验3组与试验2组、对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);试验2组滩羊免疫因子IL-2与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),IL-10试验2组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),IFN-γ、TNF-α试验2组均和对照组差异显著(P<0.05);试验1组、试验2组、试验3组滩羊血液抗氧化指标SOD、MDA、T-AOC均与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验2组GSH-Px与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);试验3组滩羊血液生化指标INS与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:在滩羊日粮中添加酵母细胞壁多糖可以提高滩羊的生长性能、免疫机能和抗氧化性能,且添加量为0.2%时效果最好。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary yeast cell wall polysaccharides supplementation on growth performance,immune factors and antioxidant indexes of Tan sheep.Sixty fat⁃tening sheep at similar weight were randomly divided into four groups.The control group was fed with the basal ration.The test group 1,2 and 3 were respectively added 0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%of the yeast cell wall polysaccharides to the basal ration.The preliminary trial period was 10 d and the trial period was 60 d.The daily gain of test group 2 was significantly higher than that of test group 3 and control group in fertilizing period(P<0.05);the dressing percentage of the test group 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the water holding capacity,cooked meat percentage and sheer stress had no significant group differences(P>0.05).In addition,IgM test group 2 and test group 1 and control group were extremely differ⁃ent(P<0.01),and test group 3 and test group 1 and control group were significantly different(P<0.05);The difference of IgG between test group 2 and test group 1,test group 3 and control group was ex⁃tremely significant(P<0.01),and the difference between test group 3 and test group 2 and control group was extremely significant(P<0.01);there were significant differences between the treatment 2 and the control group in terms of immune factor IL-2(P<0.05)and IL-10(P<0.01),as well as IFN-γand TNFα(P<0.05);besides,the blood antioxidant indexes of SOD,MDA and T-AOC of Tan sheep in the three treatments were extremely different from those in the control group(P<0.01),and the group difference of GSH-Px between the test group 2 and the control group were extremely different(P<0.01);the blood bio⁃chemical indexes INS of the test group 3 were extremely different from those in the control group(P<0.01).In conclusion,dietary yeast cell wall polysaccharide supplementation could improve the growth per⁃formance,immune function and antioxygenic property of tan sheep,and 0.2%was the best added amoun
