注蒸汽燃气轮机热声振荡的测试与分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对燃气轮机燃烧室在燃烧不稳定时出现的热声振荡现象,在诸多运行条件下对新研发的干式低NO_(x)(dry low NO_(x),DLN)燃烧室的动态压力进行了现场测试,分析了起动过程、增减负荷过程、蒸汽回注过程对燃烧稳定性的影响。结果表明:在燃气轮机点火后的升速过程中,出现了短暂的热声振荡现象;增加燃气轮机的负荷会使热声振荡增强,而且还会出现不同频谱上的能量迁移,需要调整值班比对其加以抑制;蒸汽回注对燃烧室的稳定性没有明显的影响。 In view of the thermoacoustic oscillation phenomenon in the unstable combustion of gas turbine combustor,the dynamic pressure of the newly developed dry low NO_(x)(DLN)combustor under many operating conditions was tested,and the influence of starting process,load increasing and decreasing process,and steam reinjection process on the combustion stability was analyzed.The results show that there is a transient thermoacoustic oscillation in the process of rising speed after ignition.The increase of gas turbine load may lead to the enhancement of thermoacoustic oscillation and the energy transfer among different spectra,which needs to be suppressed by adjusting the duty ratio.The steam reinjection has no obvious effect on the combustor stability.
