摘要
以小纪汗煤矿11219回风巷为例,采用理论分析、现场测定及数值试验的方法,研究入口形式对矩形巷道定点风速监测位置的影响。通过理论分析得到巷道摩擦阻力与壁面相对粗糙度之间的关系式,结合实测摩擦阻力值,确定顶板及两帮平均相对粗糙度为0.06;将相对粗糙度作为边界条件进行5种不同入口形式模型的数值试验,结果表明,无论哪一种入口形式,当长度方向x足够大时,定点测风位置的z方向高度都趋于一致;以相对偏差±0.1%为标准,入口形式2在x=115 m以后布设传感器进行定点测风较为合理,入口形式1,3,4在x=155 m以后可以布设传感器,而入口形式5需要在x=185 m以后布设传感器;以入口形式1为例分析了巷道宽度方向中心的定点测风位置为z=2.695 m、x≥155 m。
Taking 11219 return airway of Xiaojihan coal mine as an example, the influence of inlet pattern on the fixed-point air velocity measurement location in a rectangular airway was studied by theoretical analysis, field measurement and numerical tests. Through theoretical analysis, the relationship between the friction resistance and the relative roughness of the airway wall was obtained. The average relative roughness for the roof and two sides of the airway was determined to be 0.06 combined with the measured friction resistance. Numerical tests with five different inlet pattern models were carried out by taking the relative roughness as the boundary condition. The results show that no matter which type of entrance, the height of fixed-point air velocity measurement position in z direction tends to be the same when x is large enough. Taking the relative deviation from-0.1% to 0.1% as the comparison criterion, the inlet pattern model 2 can be arranged with sensor for fixed-point air velocity measurement behind x=115 m, the inlet pattern 1, 3 and 4 can be arranged with sensors behind x=155 m, and the inlet pattern model 5 can be arranged with sensor behind x=185 m. Taking the inlet pattern model 1 as an example, the fixed-point air velocity measurement location in the center of airway width direction is z=2.695 m, x≥155 m.
