摘要
调研了2013-2017年海南省水稻的生产成本、收入和效益,并对影响因素进行了系统分析,以期为海南农业结构和相关政策调整提供参考。种子、肥料和机械所需费用是海南水稻生产主要成本,稻谷销售收入和种粮补贴是稻农主要收入来源。稻谷出售价格偏低,生产资料价格大幅上涨,稻农年龄老化、文化程度偏低,以及科技推广普及率较低等因素是影响海南水稻生产的主要因素。提出了进一步发展海南水稻生产的建议。
The investigation on the costs,income and benefits in the rice production during 2013—2017 was carried out and the major influence factors were analyzed to provide a reference for adjustment of agricultural structure and relevant policy of Hainan Province.Seeds,fertilizers and machinery were the major costs in rice production,and the sales revenue of paddy and government subsidies for rice production were the major source of income.The low selling price of paddy,large price rising of means of production,weak literacy and ageing of rice farmers and lower technology popularity were the dominant influence factors of rice production in Hainan.The recommendations were put forward to further development of rice production in Hainan.
