摘要
为进一步分析地质构造,从而为工程勘察提供试验资料,提出一种微波消解-ICP-MS的岩土样品稀土元素测定方法。首先探讨研磨方式、研磨时间和物料比对样品粒径大小的影响,然后构建HNO_(3)-HF-H_(2)O_(2)消解体系对样品进行处理,最后再用ICPMS对样品中的稀土元素进行分析。结果表明,经研磨制备后,使得样品、酸用量、消解时间都减少;同时经消解后测定GBW07404、GBW07121稀土元素含量,得到相对误差在0.17%~6.6%,精密度的相对标准偏差处于1.4%~4.05%,说明试验方案可行。
In order to further analyze the geological structure and provide experimental data for engineering investigation,a microwave digestion ICP-MS method for determination of rare earth elements in rock and soil samples is proposed.The effects of grinding method,grinding time and material ratio on the particle size of samples are discussed respectively.Then the HNO_(3)-HF-H_(2)O_(2)digestion system is constructed to treat the samples,and finally the ICP-MS is used to analyze the rare earth elements in the samples.The results show that after grinding preparation,the sample amount,acid dosage and digestion time are all reduced;and after the digestion,the content of rare earth elements in GBW07404 and GBW07121 is determined,the relative error is 0.17%~6.6%,and the relative standard deviation of precision is in the range of 1.4%~4.05%,which means the determination method is feasible.
