川北高砷高碳微细粒难处理金矿石焙烧工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对川北平武县胡家沟高砷高碳微细粒金矿石性质,在探索试验基础上,进行了固化焙烧—氰化浸出工艺研究。结果表明:在第一段焙烧温度510℃、焙烧时间60 min,第二段焙烧温度710℃、焙烧时间90 min的最佳条件下进行两段焙烧,砷固定率为98.65%、硫固定率为97.32%;焙砂磨矿擦洗后氰化浸出,金浸出率达到88.96%。研究结果为川北同类型难处理金矿石的开发利用提供了技术依据。 According to the ore properties of micro-fine grain gold ore with high arsenic and high carbon content at Hujiagou,Pingwu County,North Sichuan,on the basis of exploration experiment,the solidification roasting-cyanide leaching process was studied.The results show that two-stage roasting was carried out under optimal conditions that the roasting temperature is 510℃and the roasting time is 60 min in the first stage,the roasting temperature is 710℃and the roasting time is 90 min in the second stage.The arsenic solidification rate was 98.65%,and the sulfur solidification rate was 97.32%;the roasted residue is ground and scrubbed before going to cyanide leaching,and the gold leach-ing rate is 88.96%.The research results provide a technical basis for the development of similar refractory gold ores in North Sichuan.
