摘要
冗余测控装置的出现,降低了变电站间隔层数量,对装置的现场调试、验收提出了更高的要求。研究了适用于智慧变电站冗余测控的自动测试系统。冗余测控装置具有“多配置、多模块”的特点,自动测试需要明确各虚拟测控单元的主要测试项目,规划良好的测试用例,据于此,设计了适用于该装置的自动测试用例树,基于测试用例树中的测试项目,通过对比目前常用的测试用例打包方案,给出了适用于该系统的一种测试用例打包方案,实现了多间隔冗余测控的自动测试。通过实践应用表明,该自动测试系统可实现冗余测控各虚拟测控单元自动测试的秒级衔接,对智慧变电站冗余测控装置的现场调试、验收等工程实践具有参考意义。
The emergence of redundant measurement and control devices,decreased the number of substation bays,put forward higher requirements for on-site debugging and acceptance of the device.Researched an automatic test system suitable for redundant measurement and control of smart substations.The redundant measurement and control device have the characteristics of“multiple configuration and multiple modules”,automatic testing need to clarify the main test items for each virtual measurement and control unit,well-planned test cases.Based on this,designed an automatic test case tree suitable for the device,based on test items in the test case tree,by comparing the currently commonly used test case packaging solutions,gives a test case packaging scheme suitable for the system,realize the automatic test of multi-interval redundant measurement and control.By practical application show that the automatic test system can realize the second-level connection of the automatic test of the redundant measurement and control virtual measurement and control units,it is of reference significance to the engineering practice of on-site debugging and acceptance of redundant measurement and control devices in smart substations.
