摘要
农机装备是提高农业生产效率、推动农业可持续发展的不可或缺工具。江西是传统农业大省,推动农业机械化、提高农业生产效率意义重大。基于统计年鉴、调研数据,结合incopat专利数据分析,梳理总结江西农机装备产业的发展基础,从供需矛盾、产业集聚度、特色人才、平台建设、政策保障、技术创新等方面,研究农机装备产业发展存在的特色产业农机装备缺乏、龙头企业偏少、政策支持较弱、核心技术缺乏等问题。基于此,针对性地提出提升农机装备产业创新能力、提高农机装备产业集聚度、加强农机装备产业链上下游深度对接、推进农机装备推广应用等政策建议。
Agricultural machinery is essential to the sustainable development of agriculture and the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.Agricultural mechanization and ultimately improved agricultural production efficiency is of great significance to Jiangxi Province,which is a traditional developed agricultural province.In this study,the development status of Jiangxi Agricultural machinery manufacturing industry was investigated by systematic research combining statistical data analysis,field investigation and incopat-based patent analysis on agricultural machinery supply and demand contradiction,industrial agglomeration,technology innovation,supporting innovation platform and talents,as well as policies.It is revealed that Jiangxi's agricultural machinery manufacturing industry is experiencing core problems such as lack of representative core products,key enterprises,policy support,and core technologies.Based on this,targeted policy recommendations have been put forward from the perspective of enhancing innovation capability,increasing the industrial agglomeration degree,strengthening the inter-industry innovation linkage through the industry chain,and promoting the agricultural machinery application.
