摘要
以地沟油为改性剂,利用催化剂作用,在常温水相条件下对湘潭海泡石原矿粉进行了表面非极性化改性,制备表面疏水的海泡石粉体。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、化学滴定及表面电位等测试技术对矿粉物相组成、微观形貌和表面性能进行表征,研究地沟油对海泡石的改性机理。
Using swill-cooked dirty oil as modifier,surface depolarization modification for Xiangtan sepiolite ore powder was carried out under normal temperature and water-phase,and hydrophobic sepiolite powder was prepared.The phase composition,microstructure and surface properties were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier infrared(FTIR),chemical titration and surface potential measurements.hydrophobic sepiolite powder was prepared.The modification mechanism of swill-cooked dirty oil for sepiolite were explored.
