摘要
针对某低入口前桥用工字梁台架试验失效问题,对试验件进行材料及生产工艺分析,找出失效的原因,并采取整改措施和进行试验验证,最终满足相关标准要求。
In view of the failure problem of I-beam bench test for a low entrance front axle,the failure causes are found out by analyzing the material and production process of the test samples.Meanwhile,the improving measures are taken and the verification is tested.Finally,the related standards are met.
