摘要
在不同强度的盐碱胁迫条件下,测定菊芋幼苗叶绿素、脯氨酸及Na^(+)、K^(+)含量,探讨盐碱胁迫对菊芋幼苗叶绿素、脯氨酸和Na^(+)、K^(+)的影响。结果表明:盐碱胁迫下,菊芋幼苗叶绿素含量降低,随胁迫浓度的增加呈下降趋势,在pH10+300 mmol/L NaCl处理下,叶绿素含量最低;脯氨酸含量随胁迫浓度的增加而升高,高浓度处理下出现降低,各器官最高值出现在pH7+300 mmol/L NaCl、pH8+300 mmol/L NaCl和pH10+300 mmol/L NaCl处理下;Na^(+)含量升高,随胁迫浓度的增加呈上升趋势,各器官最高值出现在pH7+300 mmol/L NaCl、pH8+300 mmol/L NaCl和pH10+300 mmol/L NaCl处理下;K^(+)含量主要呈降低趋势,浓度增加时下降趋势明显,各器官最低值出现在pH7+300 mmol/L NaCl和pH10+300 mmol/L NaCl处理下。因此,盐碱胁迫下,菊芋幼苗通过调节叶绿素、脯氨酸及Na^(+)、K^(+)含量提高其抗性。
To investigate the effect of saline-alkali stress on the seedlings growth of Helianthus tuberosus,we determined the content of chlorophyll,proline,Na^(+),and K^(+)in seedlings under different saline-alkali stress conditions.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll decreased under the influence of saline-alkali stress,and showed a downward trend as the concentration of saline-alkali solution increased.Under combination of pH10+300 mmol/L,the content of chlorophyll was the lowest;the content of proline increased as the concentration of saline-alkali solution increased,and decreased under high concentration of saline-alkali treatment,the content of proline in each organ was the highest in the pH7+300 mmol/L、pH8+300 mmol/L,and pH10+300 mmol/L treatment;the content of Na^(+)increased as the concentration of saline-alkali solution increased,the content of Na^(+)in each organ was the highest in the pH7+300 mmol/L、pH8+300 mmol/L,and pH10+300 mmol/L treatment;the content of K^(+)decreased under the influence of saline-alkali stress,and showed a downward trend as the concentration increased.The content of K^(+)in each organ was the lowest in the pH7+300 mmol/L and pH10+300 mmol/L treatment.Therefore,the seedlings of Helianthus tuberosus adjusted the content of chlorophyll,proline,Na^(+),and K^(+)under salt-alkali stress to increase their resistance.
