静脉注射利多卡因对妇科手术病人氢吗啡酮镇痛效果影响的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目前阿片类药物仍处于围术期疼痛治疗的主导地位,然而由于其引发的过度镇静、恶心呕吐等不良反应,可不同程度地影响病人的康复。近年来,在加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)概念的指导下,越来越多的临床证据表明围术期持续静脉输注利多卡因有利于改善术后疼痛和减少阿片类药物的用量[1],因此,两类药物的合用已经广泛应用于多模式镇痛中。
