摘要
干粉吸入制剂具有安全环保、高效速效、毒副作用小、辅料量少、载药量高、生物利用度高和稳定性好等特点,是近年来肺部给药技术研究的热点难点。本文就干粉吸入制剂微粒制备技术进行了综述。
Dry powder inhalation preparation has the characteristics of safety and environmental protection,high efficiency and quick effect,low toxic and side effects,low amount of excipients,high drug loading,high bioavailability and good stability,which is a hot and difficult point in the research of lung drug delivery technology in recent years.In this paper,the preparation technology of dry powder inhalation preparation particles is reviewed.
