摘要
介绍了食用型甘薯新品种阜薯28的选育方法与过程,及其产量表现、主要特征特性和栽培技术要点。阜薯28是阜阳市农业科学院2003年以南丰为母本,徐18、栗子香、台农10号、泰91-1-1、遗306、红东等为父本采用集团杂交选育而成,该品种具有结薯集中,薯块光滑整齐,淀粉和可溶性糖含量较高,食味较好,蒸煮口感香、糯、粉、甜,较耐贮藏等优点,2019年通过非主要农作物品种登记。
The breeding method and process,yield performance,main characteristics and cultivation techniques of new edible sweet potato variety Fushu 28 were introduced.Fushu 28 was bred by Fuyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2003 with Nanfeng as female parent and Xu 18,Lizixiang,Tainong 10,Tai 91-1-1,Yi 306 and Hongdong as male parents.Fushu 28 had the advantages of concentrated tuber setting,smooth and neat tubers,high starch and soluble sugar content,good taste,and more resistant to storage.It passed the registration of non-major crop varieties in 2019.
