摘要
目的探究中药方剂降脂疏肝方治疗乙肝合并脂肪性肝病的临床效果。方法选取乙肝合并脂肪性肝病患者72例,于2018年11月—2019年11月进行治疗,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,2组各36例。选择自拟中药方剂的是观察组,选择单纯西药治疗的是对照组。对比2组临床疗效、肝功能、血清三酰甘油指标水平情况。结果相较于对照组总有效率69.44%,观察组总有效率97.22%更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组的肝功能、血清三酰甘油指标水平对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的肝功能、血清三酰甘油指标水平均较优,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乙肝合并脂肪性肝病患者,采用降脂疏肝方剂,可显著改善患者的生活质量,取得极佳的治疗效果,降低降低乙肝病毒(HBV-DNA),有效改善患者影像学表现,加快患者康复速度,降低谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、三酰甘油(TG),具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of reducing lipid and soothing liver recipe in the treatment of hepatitis B complicated with fatty liver disease.Methods 72 patients with hepatitis B complicated with fatty liver disease were selected and treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was selected for the self-made Chinese medicine prescription,and the control group was selected for the western medicine treatment alone.The clinical efficacy,liver function,and serum triglyceride levels were compared between the two groups.Result Compared with 69.44%in the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of liver function and serum triglyceride index levels between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but after treatment,compared with the control group,the liver function and serum triglyceride levels of the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hepatitis B and fatty liver disease,the use of reducing lipid and soothing liver recipe can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients,achieve excellent therapeutic effects,reduce the reduction of hepatitis B virus(HBV-DNA),effectively improve the imaging changes of the patients,accelerate the recovery of the patients Speed,reduce alanine aminotransferase(ALT),triglyceride(TG),and has clinical application value.
