摘要
采用短程反硝化工艺处理模拟高浓度硝酸盐工业废水,研究碳氮比(3.0/1,2.7/1,2.5/1,2.2/1)对短程反硝化及胞外聚合物(EPS)产生的影响,以实现亚硝酸盐(NO2^--N)的高效积累;同时通过反加批次实验进一步探究了EPS对短程反硝化的作用机理.结果表明:四个碳氮比(C/N)下均出现不同程度的NO2^--N积累,C/N为2.7时短程反硝化性能最佳,平均亚硝酸盐积累率(NAR)和出水NO2^--N可以达到83.19%和98.67 mg/L.随着C/N从3.0减少至2.2,EPS浓度从59.60±5.10 mg/g MLVSS逐渐增长至118.40±6.55 mg/g MLVSS,说明C/N与短程反硝化的EPS含量呈负相关.通过EPS浓度与短程反硝化性能的详细对比表明,反应器中EPS含量与短程反硝化的性能相关.反加实验进一步表明,反加多糖组的NO2^--N积累速率是空白组的2.40倍,反加蛋白质组的短程反硝化细菌生长速率是空白组的1.79倍.研究揭示了C/N对短程反硝化及EPS的影响及EPS对短程反硝化的作用,为实现短程反硝化NO2^--N稳定的积累及主流厌氧氨氧化工艺的应用提供理论基础.
Partial-denitrification process has been used to treat simulated high concentration nitrate industrial effluent.The effect of the C/N ratio(3.0/1,2.7/1,2.5/1,2.2/1)on partial-denitrification and extracellular polymer(EPS)is studied to achieve efficient accumulation of nitrite(NO2^--N).Meanwhile,the mechanism of EPS on partial-denitrification is further investigated through the add-back experiment.The results showed that NO2^--N accumulates in all the four C/N ratios.When C/N is 2.7,the partial-denitrification performance is the best,and the average NO2^--N accumulation rate(NAR)and effluent NO2^--N can reach 83.19%and 98.67 mg/L respectively.The concentration of EPS increases from 59.60±5.10 mg/g MLVSS to 118.40±6.55mg/g MLVSS while the C/N ratio decreases from 3.0 to 2.2,which indicates C/N ratio is negatively correlated with EPS of partial-denitrification.The detailed comparison between the concentration of EPS and the performance of partial-denitrification shows that EPS is correlated with the performance of partial-denitrification.The add-back experiment shows NO2^--N accumulation rate of add-back polysaccharose group is 2.40 folds to control group,while the bacteria growth rate of add-back protein group is 1.79 folds to control group.This study reveals the effect of C/N ratio on partial-denitrification and EPS,and the effect of EPS on partial-denitrification,which provides a theoretical basis for the stable accumulation of NO2^--N and the application of mainstream anammox process in the future.
