摘要
目的了解某专科儿童医院托管模式下儿科医师委托规范化培养的效果及存在的问题。方法对某托管制专科儿童医院107名接受住院医师规范化培训的儿科医师进行问卷调查,调查内容包括研究对象一般情况、住院医师培训后对自身能力的提高情况评价、住院医师对培训情况的满意度评价。结果托管医院委托培养的医师对培训后自身能力提高情况及对规培医院相关条件、带教老师能力、培训方式、培训考核方式满意度的评分,均高于其他医院培训医师的评分,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。托管医院委托培养的医师对住宿条件、参与科研工作的机会以及科研和论文指导的满意度较低。结论借助托管医院优质的教育培训优势委托培养儿科医师成效良好;应进一步加大投入,改善儿科医师培训期间硬件条件、注重科研能力的培养。
Objective To understand the effect of the standardized entrusted training of pediatricians under the Trusteeship Program in a specialized children's hospital and its existing problems,and provide more references for further improving the training level of pediatricians.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 107 residents who work in a special children’s hospital with Trusteeship Program and received standardized training.The survey content included the information of the residents,the evaluation of the improvement of the residents'ability after the training,and the satisfaction evaluation of the residents to the training.Results The scores on ability improvement,working environments of regulated training hospital,trainer’s capability,training and assessment methods are higher by resident doctors trained in the custody hospital,when comparing to those trained at other sites,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Doctors entrusted by the trusteeship hospital are less satisfied with the accommodation conditions,salary,the opportunities to participate in scientific research and guidance of writing scientific research papers.Conclusion It is more effective to entrust the training of pediatricians by virtue of the advantages of trusteeship hospitals.We should increase investments on accommodation improvements,and also pay more attentions to the cultivation of scientific research abilities of pediatricians.
