控压钻井新型节流阀阀芯的设计及验证 被引量:1

摘要 针对钻井作业中压力调节阀的关键性作用,对控压钻井中阀芯开度-压差的线性关系进行了研究。通过测试流量、阀芯位移和进出口压力来获得实际的开度-压差关系。结果显示:理论开度-压差的关系与实验结果吻合,并在实验过程中测试了流量系数,从而判断新阀芯的节流特性和合适的工作条件。 In view of the key role of the pressure valve in the drilling operation,the linear relationship between valve element’s opening and pressure difference in managed pressure drilling was studied.Through measuring the flow rate and the displacement of the valve element and the pressure at the inlet and outlet,the actual opening-pressure difference relation was obtained.The research results showed that,the theoretical opening-pressure difference relationship coincides well with the experimental results;and the flow coefficient tested during the experiment can be used to decide the throttling characteristics of the new valve element and the appropriate working conditions.
