摘要
大数据和5G商用技术的发展、国家政策的推动为智慧党建研究提供了必要性与可行性。本文以广东省人民医院为例,探索公立医院党建工作的开展情况,研究适合公立医院党建生态的智慧党建系统建设模型,探索该系统覆盖网页与手机APP客户端的一体化党建全业务支撑框架平台,以及平台内四大核心数据库,即党员信息库、党组织信息库、党建资料库和学习资料库,发现智慧党建平台的有序搭建与公立医院的党建管理工作效率提升有密切联系。智慧党建平台以其"互联网+党建"的模式,集党务管理与党建监督、党员学习、党员工作于一体,能够推动公立医院党建工作高效运转,实现医院党建工作的智慧化运作,有效提高医院党务工作效率。
Rapid development of big data,5 G commercial technology and promotion from national policies jointly ensure the feasibility and necessity of the smart study on the construction of Chinese Communist Party( CPC). Taking Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital as an example,this paper explores the development of party building in public hospitals,studies the construction model suitable for the party building ecology of public hospitals and explores the platform supporting the integrated party building businesses on the overlay webpage of the system and mobile APP clients,as well as the four core databases in the platform,namely the databases of the party members information,party organization information,party building and the learning. After that,it was found that the orderly construction of the platform was closely related to the improvement of the efficiency of the party building management in public hospitals. With the model of"Internet and Party Construction",the platform integrates the management of party affairs,supervision of party construction,learning of party members,and the work of party members,promoting the efficient and intelligent operation of the party construction in public hospitals,and effectively improving its efficiency of party affairs in hospitals.
