摘要
目的:研究在临床医学实习生医患沟通能力培训中案例与情景模拟结合教学的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月在义乌市中心医院培训的临床医学本科实习生66名,随机将其分为两组,均为33例。对照组应用讲述式的传统教学方法;实验组采用案例与情景模拟结合的教学方法。将两组利物浦医师沟通能力评价量表(LCSAS)及患者满意度进行比较。结果:培训后两组沟通能力LCSAS评分均较培训前明显提高,但实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。患者满意度调查结果显示,实验组的患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:案例与情景模拟结合的教学方法能有效地提升临床医学实习生的医患沟通技巧和能力,减少医疗纠纷风险。
Objective:To study the application effect of case combined with scenario simulation in the doctor-patients communication ability training of clinical medical interns.Methods:66 clinical medical interns trained in Yiwu Central Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=33)and the experimental group(n=33).The control group was given traditional lecture-style teaching methods.The experimental group was given case combined with scenario simulation teaching.Liverpool Communication Skills Assessment Scale(LCSAS)score and patient's satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of LCSAS in the two groups after training were significantly higher than those before training,but the experimental's LCSAS score after training was significantly higher than the control's LCSAS score after training(P<0.01).The results of patient satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:the teaching method of case combined with scenario simulation can effectively improve the communication abilities of clinical medical interns and reduce the risk of medical disputes.
