基于飞轮储能技术的电动钻机智能微电网系统的研制与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对钻机起下钻作业中脉冲性突变载荷,需额外增加一台大功率燃油(气)发电机组在网运行,以保证钻机安全作业。目前燃油(气)发电机组组成的钻机动力系统存在对突变载荷响应速度慢、功率冲击大、机组运行效率低、无能源管理等问题。通过分析电动钻机燃油(气)发电机组性能、钻机负载特性,结合飞轮储能技术和能源管理技术,提出一种基于飞轮储能技术的电动钻机智能微电网系统。在玛湖35、41井和吉10022井通过分别与交直流钻机组网试验,结果表明:该系统能够快速响应载荷变化、平抑发电机组功率突变、减少发电机组热备容量,具有下钻势能回收利用、实现电动钻机能源智能管理、改善钻机微电网电能质量、提高设备可靠性和钻机作业安全性等优点。所开发的系统节能减排效果十分明显,节约投资成本和运维成本的意义更大。 For the impulsive load of drilling rig during the electric rig tripping operation,an extra high-power oil(gas)generator set should be added to run in the network to ensure safe operation of the drilling rig.At present,the drilling rig power system composed of oil(gas)generators have disadvantages such as slow response speed,large power impact in the face of sudden load,low efficiency and no energy management,etc.In this study,through the analysis of electric drill oil(gas)generator performance,drill load characteristic,flywheel energy storage and energy management technology,an intelligent micro-grid system of electric drill based on flywheel energy storage technology is presented.Through the test with VFD and SCR electric drill in Mahu 35,41 Rig and Ji 10022 Rig,it is verified that the system is able to response to load quickly,smooth the generator set power pulse and reduce the generator hot spare capacity.It has advantages such as storing and using the potential energy,realizing electric drill intelligent energy management,improving power quality of micro grid of drill and enhancing operation safety and equipment reliability of drill,etc.It is concluded that the effect of energy-saving emission reduction is very obvious,and the significance of saving investment and operation maintenance costs is even greater.
