耦合协调理论下综合管廊运维灾害风险研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,针对综合管廊运维灾害风险评价与管理方面的研究存在明显不足。本文基于因素间交互耦合、协调作用视角,借助耦合协调理论与熵权法,构建综合管廊运维灾害的耦合协调评价模型,并通过专家打分法对某城市综合管廊运维灾害风险因素进行耦合度与耦合协调度评价,进而预测其危险性。结果表明:综合管廊运维灾害两两耦合的耦合度波动较小,系统内部相互作用程度较高,而耦合度较低时,综合管廊灾害发生的可能性或偏高;耦合协调度与危险性等级具有良好的一致性。 At present,there are obvious deficiencies in the research on disaster risk assessment and management of comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance.In this paper,based on the perspective of interaction coupling and coordination between factors,with the help of coupling coordination theory and entropy weight method,the coupling coordination evaluation model of comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance disaster is constructed.Through the expert scoring method,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the risk factors of the operation and maintenance disaster of a city comprehensive pipe gallery are evaluated,and the risk is predicted.The results show that:the coupling degree fluctuation of the coupling degree of the operation and maintenance disasters of the utility tunnel is small,and the interaction degree of the system is high.When the coupling degree is low,the possibility of the occurrence of the comprehensive pipe gallery disaster is higher.The coupling coordination degree is consistent with the risk level.
