摘要
通过HAZOP分析法,对环氧乙烷存储系统中环氧乙烷卸车、存储和出料三个操作节点潜在的危害性因素进行了系统的危险辩识,找出了以上节点在工艺设计、设备运行、操作以及安全措施等方面存在的不足,为储罐的安全隐患整改提供了依据,对环氧乙烷储罐的安全运行和操作具有重要的指导作用。
By HAZOP analysis,the potential hazard factors of the three operation nodes of loader,storage and discharge were identified.The shortcomings of the above nodes in the process design,equipment operation,operation and safety measures were found out,which provided a basis for the safety hidden danger rectification of storage tanks,and it has an important guiding role in the safe operation and operation of ethylene oxide storage tank.
