摘要
为解决大采高工作面易发生支架失稳和片帮冒顶等问题,通过对自动化控制要求进行分析,在顶板及煤墙控制、支架防倒滑控制、多级护帮板联动和自动跟机等方面进行研究,结果表明:支架自移控制与自动补压可保证支架对顶板支撑力符合要求,防止冒顶漏顶事故;通过对护帮板回收次序的优化可大幅提高工作效率,增加煤墙稳定性,有效解决片帮问题;采用相关传感器对支架姿态进行实时监测,可实现支架伪斜自动控制;利用红外传感器对采煤机运行位置进行监测,可实现自动跟机控制,满足采煤工艺要求。
In order to solve the problems of support instability and roof fall in large mining height working face,through the analysis of automatic control requirements,the control of roof and coal wall,support anti sliding control,multi-level side guard linkage and automatic follow-up were studied.The results show that:the support self moving control and automatic pressure supplement can ensure the support force of the support to the roof meet the requirements,and prevent roof fall and roof leakage accidents;through the optimization of the recovery sequence of the side guard plate,the working efficiency can be greatly improved,the stability of the coal wall can be increased,and the problem of rib spalling can be effectively solved;the attitude of the support can be monitored in real time with relevant sensors,and the automatic control of the false inclination of the support can be realized;using infrared ray sensor to monitor the running position of the shearer can realize automatic tracking control and meet the requirements of coal mining technology.
