摘要
为降低中新天津生态城早晚高峰时段进出生态城的交通压力,改善生态城居民及商业办公人群的交通体验,进而提升城市活力,吸引更多人口迁入与商业投资,出入通道与建设实施的研究分析势在必行。首先,调查中新天津生态城经济现状,分析中新天津生态城的各项规划,明确其在总体规划中的发展定位;其次,调研中新天津生态城对外交通规划及现状建设情况,研究目前建设进度及存在问题;最后,结合现状交通运行情况与规划交通预测的结论,提出改善扩容现有对外通道,适时建设规划路网的其他对外通道的组合式解决方案,以期达到提升城市活力的终极目的。
In order to reduce the traffic pressure of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city during the morning and evening peak hours,improve the transportation experience of Eco-city residents and business office people,to enhance the vitality of the city,attract more immigrants and business investment,Research and analysis of access and construction and implementation is imperative.First,investigate the economic status of Sino-singapore Tianjin Eco-city,carefully analyze the plans of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city and clarify its development positioning in the overall plan;secondly,investigate the Sino-singapore Tianjin Eco-city's external transportation planning and current construction,and study the current construction progress and existing problems;finally,combining the current traffic operation situation and the conclusion of the planned traffic forecast,a combined solution is proposed from improving and expanding the existing external corridors to constructing other external corridors of the planned road network in a timely manner,with a view to achieving the ultimate goal of enhancing urban vitality.
