摘要
目的:探讨稀有细胞群单细胞分选方案的优化。方法:分析仪器设备的设置、分选前细胞的准备和分选方案的选择。结果:通过提供的单细胞分选的方案,使单克隆形成率达86.5%。结论:建立了单细胞分选的优化方案,并重点分析了提高单克隆形成率的影响因素和解决方法。
Objective:To explore the optimization of single cell sorting in rare cell populations.Methods:The setup of instrument and equipment,the preparation of cells before sorting and the selection of sorting scheme were analyzed.Results:Using the single cell sorting scheme provided in this paper,the monoclonal formation rate reached 86.5%.Conclusion:In this paper,the optimization scheme of single cell sorting was established,and the influencing factors and solutions to improve the monoclonal formation rate are analyzed emphatically.
