摘要
建立铝缸体铸造模型,通过AnyCasting软件进行模型的网格划分,设定铸造工艺参数进行模拟。分析了铸件的充型过程和温度梯度场,预测了可能出现的缺陷。
The aluminum alloy engine cylinder block model was established, and the mesh division of the model was carried out by AnyCasting software. The casting process parameters were set for simulation, and the filling process and temperature gradient of the casting were analyzed. The possible defects were predicted.
