摘要
中化泉州石化有限公司3.75 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置为目前国内规模较大的柴油液相加氢装置,采用杜邦IsoTherming柴油液相加氢技术。该技术具有能耗低、催化剂床层温升缓和、装置安全性高等显著特点。工业运行实践表明:加工处理直馏柴油、催化裂化柴油、焦化柴油和焦化石脑油的混合油时,在反应器入口压力8.0~9.2 MPa、床层加权平均温度371~376℃、循环比0.86~1.25等工艺条件下,可以生产硫质量分数不大于10μg/g、十六烷值大于51、闪点不小于60℃的柴油,满足国Ⅵ标准要求;催化剂失活速率较低,可以满足装置长周期运行的要求。改造后,装置运行平均能耗仅为229.6 MJ/t,经济效益明显。
The 3.75 MM TPY diesel hydrofining unit of SINOCHEM Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is a large-scale diesel liquid phase hydrogenation unit in China.It adopts the DuPont IsoTherming hydroprocessing echnology,which has the obvious technical characteristics of low energy consumption,moderate temperature rise of catalyst bed and high safety of the unit.When processing straight-run diesel,FCC diesel,coking diesel and coking naphtha,under the conditions of reactor inlet pressure of 8.0~9.2 MPa,weighted average bed temperature of 371~376℃,cycle ratio of 0.86~1.25,diesel with sulfur content of no more than 10μg/g,cetane number of more than 51,flash point of no less than 60℃can be produced,which meets the requirements of GuoⅥstandard.Catalyst deactivation rate is low,and can meet the requirements of long-term operation.After revamping,the average energy consumption is only 229.6 MJ/t,and the economic benefit is obvious.
