摘要
直流偏磁下,变压器励磁电流畸变,损耗显著增加,导致变压器局部过热甚至绝缘老化。为研究直流偏磁对铁芯铁磁材料磁特性的影响,在经典Jiles-Atherton(J-A)理论基础上,依据损耗分离理论,建立了动态J-A模型。利用优化算法与损耗分离理论分别辨识与计算未引入直流偏磁量的静态模型参数和动态损耗系数,并通过仿真结果与实测数据对比,验证了模型的准确性。搭建电工钢磁性能测试系统,获得不同直流偏磁条件下电工钢的损耗及磁性能数据,并用于分析直流偏磁量对磁滞损耗、动态损耗的影响规律。基于分析得到的规律,提出一种对不同偏磁条件下铁磁材料的磁滞回线及磁损耗进行预测的新方法。对比预测结果与实验结果,发现二者拟合较好,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The exciting current distortion and significant loss increment of transformer due to DC bias can result in overheating and insulation aging.The dynamic J-A model based on the Jiles-Atherton(J-A)theory and iron loss separate theory are proposed in the way of studying the effects of DC Bias on magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials.The parameters of model were obtained by an optimization algorithm and loss separation theory,respectively.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured data.A test system for the electrical steel magnetic performance was built to obtain the loss and magnetic performance data of electrical steel under different DC bias conditions,which were used to analyze the influence of DC bias magnetism on hysteresis loss and dynamic loss.Based on the influence law obtained by analysis,a new method for predicting the hysteresis loop and magnetic loss of ferromagnetic materials under different bias conditions is proposed.Compared the prediction results with the experimental results,it is found that the two are in good agreement and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
