摘要
采用不同锻造比进行了4Cr5MoSiV1SrW新型锻造模具钢的锻造试验,并进行了磨损和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随锻造比从2增大到6,模具钢的磨损和冲击性能都先提高后下降。4Cr5MoSiV1SrW模具钢的锻造比优选为4。与锻造比2相比,当锻造比为4时模具钢的磨损体积减小24%,冲击功增大70%。
The forging test of new forging die steel 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW was carried out by using different forging ratios,the wear and impact properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of forging ratio from 2 to 6,the wear and impact properties of die steel first increase and then decrease. The forging ratio of 4Cr5MoSiV1SrW die steel is4. Compared with that of forging ratio 2, when the forging ratio is 4, the wear volume of die steel decreases by 24%,and the impact work increases by 70%.
