摘要
邢东矿井下煤质管理采用井下预排矸系统,原煤不升井,在井下筛分洗选排矸,实现提纯提质。该矿随着生产年限的不断延长,开采煤量逐年减少,开采条件逐渐变差,资源少、煤质差已经成为制约邢东矿经济效益的关键因素。该矿利用成熟的巷道矸石充填技术,把生产过程中产生的矸石全部填入充填巷,实现矸石不升井,不进煤流,就近处理,提高矿井煤炭回收率,延长矿井服务年限,具有显著的经济效益。
Underground coal quality management in Xingdong Mine adopted underground pre-discharge gangue system,raw coal did not lift out of the shaft,screening and washing gangue was selected underground to achieve purification and quality improvement.With the continuous extension of the production period of the mine,the amount of coal decreased year by year,the mining conditions gradually became worse,less resources and poor coal quality became the key factors restricting the economic benefits of Xingdong Mine.The mine used the mature roadway gangue filling technology to fill all the gangue generated in the production process into the filling roadway,and realized that the gangue entered the coal flow without lifting out of the shaft,and was processed nearby,with economic benefits.
