摘要
油井沉没度对于机采系统性能评价具有重要意义,国内外针对不合理沉没度开展了各种优化方法的研究与应用,取得了很好效果。笔者针对抽油机井沉没度优化方法和治理措施开展了综合分析和评价,给出了不同优化方法的适用条件,综合评价了不同治理措施的应用效果,为机采井不合理沉没度治理提供了指导和参考。针对油井调参、油井措施和油水井对应调整技术开展现场应用评价28口井,综合评价系统效率、投资成本和油井适应性三方面因素,油水井对应调压技术对于油井沉没度优化效果最佳,可应用推广。

Various optimization methods have been studied and applied for the unreasonable sinking degree at home and abroad, and good results have been obtained.Based on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the optimal method and treatment measures of pumping well submergence, the author gives the applicable conditions of different optimization methods and the comprehensive evaluation of the application effect of different treatment measures, providing guidance and reference for the treatment of the unreasonable submergence of mechanized production Wells.Based on the field application and evaluation of 28 Wells for oil well parameter adjustment, oil well measures and oil well corresponding adjustment and integration technology, the comprehensive evaluation system efficiency, investment cost and oil well adaptability are three factors. The oil well corresponding pressure adjustment technology has the best effect on oil well sinking degree optimization and can be applied and popularized.
