摘要
目的通过两种血糖仪与实验室生化方法比对方案的比较,探讨适用于本院血糖仪的比对方案。方法方案一采用EDTA-K2抗凝全血进行比对,方案二采用未加抗凝剂的全血进行比对。计算相对偏差和绝对偏差,对照《医疗机构便携式血糖检测仪管理和临床操作规范(试行)》中的标准,判定血糖仪结果与生化仪结果是否有可比性。结果方案一比对结果:低浓度标本13台血糖仪的绝对偏差均在允许范围内,中浓度和高浓度标本13台血糖仪均出现较大的负偏差。方案二比对结果:高、中、低浓度的样本偏差均在允许范围内。结论本院血糖仪不适合用EDTA-K2抗凝剂的全血标本进行比对。在做血糖仪与生化仪比对时应选择合适的比对方案。
Objective Through the comparison between two kinds of comparison scheme between glucose meters and laboratory biochemical methods,the comparison scheme applied to the blood glucose meters in our hospital was discussed.Methods Scheme 1 was to compare the whole blood of anticoagulant with EDTA-K2,and scheme 2 was to compare the whole blood without anticoagulant.Then compared with the standards in the“Guidelines for the Management and Clinical Practice of Portable Glucose Meters in Medical Institutions(Trial)”to determine whether the results of the glucose meter and biochemical analyzer were comparable.Results Scheme 1 comparison results:the absolute deviation of 13 glucose meters in low concentration samples was within the allowable range,and the negative deviation of medium concentration and high concentration blood glucose meters in 13 samples was large.Scheme 2 comparison results:the sample deviation of high,medium and low concentration is within the allowable range.Conclusion The whole blood samples of EDTA-K2 anticoagulant were not suitable for the comparison between blood glucose meter and laboratory biochemical methods in our hospital.The appropriate comparison scheme should be selected when the blood glucose meter is compared with the biochemical analyzer.
