摘要
构建具有广泛共识的、科学的、可操作的非遗价值评估体系,迫切需要在评估的主体、视野、原则、标准,以及评估的程序、规则和纠偏机制等核心环节取得创新性突破。聚焦少数民族非遗价值评估,需要在所有环节切实遵循平等承认、主人自主、时空一体、价值中立等评估原则,着力彰显民族标识、思想智慧、文化桥梁、技能技艺、双重属性等评估标准;秉持价值相对主义理念、倡导文化宽容共存与文化敬畏情怀,质疑价值绝对主义、反对文化侵凌和文化霸权。
To build a widely agreed,scientific and operable non heritage value evaluation system,it is urgent to make innovative breakthroughs the core links,such as the main bodies,visions,principles and criteria of evaluation,as well as the procedures,rules and correction mechanism of evaluation.Focusing on the non heritage value assessment of ethnic minorities,we need to earnestly follow the principles of equal recognition,master autonomy,space-time integration and value neutrality in all aspects,and focus on the assessment criteria such as national identity,ideological wisdom,cultural bridge,skill and double attributes.We also need to adhere to the concept of value relativism;advocate the coexistence of cultural tolerance and cultural awe feelings;question value absolutism,and stand against cultural bullying and cultural hegemony.
