偏三甲苯-甲醇烷基化制均四甲苯催化剂的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用自制催化剂对偏三甲苯-甲醇烷基化制均四甲苯研究,探讨了不同反应工艺条件对催化剂活性的影响研究,得出催化剂的最佳使用工艺条件是反应温度为350℃、反应压力条件为1.5 MPa、空速条件为0.5~1.0 h^-1、原料配比为n(甲醇)/n(偏三甲苯)=2;同时考察高温焙烧以及预积碳处理两种改性手段对催化剂性能的影响,实验结果证实上述两种改性手段均能明显提高催化剂的活性。 Based on self-made catalyst,the synthesis of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene by alkylation of 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene with methanol was studied. The effects of different reaction conditions on the activity of catalyst were studied,the results showed that the optimum conditions of catalyst were as follows: reaction temperature was 350 ℃,reaction pressure was 1. 5 MPa,space velocity was 0. 5 ~ 1. 0 h-1,raw material ratio n( methanol)/n( 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene) = 2. The effects of high temperature calcination and carbon deposition on the catalytic performance were investigated. The experimental results showed that the above two modification methods can significantly improve the activity of the catalyst.
