摘要
随着经济持续快速发展和绿色建筑理念深入人心,对既有公共建筑进行绿色改造成为了重点问题。本文从绿色建筑改造技术中的节水、节材、节能与提升环境质量方面入手,研究了公共建筑的外墙改造、外窗改造、节水系统改造和建筑空间改造策略,并以某大学的综合实验楼改建为例,验证了绿色建筑技术在公共建筑改造过程中的效果与效益。
With the sustained and rapid economic development and the popularity of the concept of green building, the green transformation of existing public buildings has become a key issue. From the aspects of water-saving, material-saving, energy-saving and environmental quality improvement in green building transformation technology, this paper studies the strategies of external wall transformation, window transformation, water-saving system transformation and building space transformation of public buildings. The strategies of exterior wall transformation, exterior window transformation, water saving system transformation and building space transformation of public buildings were studied. Taking the renovation of a university’s comprehensive experimental building as an example, the effect and benefit of green building technology in the process of public building renovation were verified.
