摘要
重型卡车轮毂轴承区的温度过高会影响轴承性能,进而影响卡车安全行驶。研究设计了一种基于LoRa无线通信技术的重卡轮毂轴承工况温度监测系统,实现对重卡轮毂轴承温度的实时在线监测和异常情况报警。介绍了轮毂轴承的温度传感器系统、温度接收和预警系统及远程监管中心的基本构成及功能。
Excessive temperature in the bearing area of heavy truck wheels will affect the bearing performance,and then affect the safe driving of the truck.A heavy duty truck wheel bearing operating temperature monitoring system based on LoRa wireless communication technology is designed to realize real-time online monitoring and alarming of abnormal conditions of heavy truck wheel bearing temperature.The basic structure and function of the hub bearing temperature sensor system,temperature receiving and early warning system and remote supervision center are introduced.
