摘要
为推进马铃薯现代绿色产业可持续发展提供参考,以近10年四川省薯类创新团队项目运行总结为基础资料,结合国内外研究情况,根据马铃薯现代绿色产业发展的客观要求、主要特征及技术创新措施,分析新品种、新技术对马铃薯绿色产业发展的作用机制。认为应以新品种、新技术为核心重构现代马铃薯绿色产业技术创新链,应建立技术创新链与产业创新链的"双创互动"作用机制,通过"双创互动"促进"三链联动",递次实现技术创新链支撑-产业创新链延伸-产业价值链提升的"三链联动"转型升级目标。
The effect mechanism of new variety and new technology to development of green potato industry is analyzed according to objective demand,main features and technical innovation measures of modern green potato industry development based on the basic data summarized from potato innovation team project in Sichuan Province in recent 10 years and research situation at home and abroad to provide a reference for promoting sustainable development of modern green potato industry.The suggestions to re-construct the technology innovation chain of modern green potato industry by taking new variety and new technology as the core,and build the interactive mechanism of technology innovation chain and industrial innovation chain are proposed to successively realize the goal of transformation and upgrading of"Three Chain Linkage"(technology innovation chain support-industry innovation chain extension-industry value chain upgrade)by promoting"Three Chain Linkage"with the help of"Double Innovation Interaction"pattern.
