摘要 某小口径火炮身管延伸体在射击过程中多次出现开裂故障,导致其使用寿命无法满足指标要求。针对这一问题,基于大量的材料试验,考虑火药燃气压力的真实载荷传递路径,对系统冲击动态响应及疲劳寿命进行仿真,得到裂纹萌生寿命及位置与试验破坏现象基本一致。经结构局部改进,预测裂纹萌生寿命由500发左右提高到4 000发以上。研制了模拟冲击试验系统,对改进后结构进行了模拟冲击加载试验及实弹射击寿命试验。模拟冲击试验中,4 300次循环后萌生裂纹;实弹射击中,3 000发考核仍未出现裂纹。一次改进达到指标要求,验证了理论分析的准确性及改进措施的有效性。 The cracks were often generated in the firing process on the barrel extension of a certain type of small caliber gun. Therefore, the life of the gun cannot meet the requirement of the tactic index. To solve this problem, the dynamic response and fatigue life of the recoiling parts under impact load were calculated based on a large number of material experiments and real-load path considering the propellant gas pressure. It shows that the life and position of the fatigue cracks are approximately consistent between the calculation and the test failure phenomenon. Through the improvement design of the local structure, it is predicted that the fatigue cracking life can be increased from 500 shots to more than 4 000 shots. The impact simulation test system was established, with the life test under the simulation of the impact loading and the ball firing practice carried out for the improved design of the structure. The cracks are generated after 4 300 cycles of the impact simulation, and no fatigue cracks are generated after 3 000 cycles of the ball firing practice. It shows that the one-time improvement of the structure has reached the requirement of the index, with the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the improvement measures identified.
