摘要
目的:探讨异甘草酸镁联合双环醇对HBV感染失代偿期肝硬化患者肝功能、肝纤维化及肝脾影像学指标的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院住院的HBV感染失代偿期肝硬化患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例。对照组给予异甘草酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用双环醇。观察并比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化及影像学指标。结果:病例组有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组ALT、AST、TBIL、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ均低于对照组,而ALB高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组门静脉内径、脾静脉内径、脾脏厚度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁联合双环醇对HBV感染失代偿期肝硬化患者能明显改善肝功能,减轻肝纤维化程度,提高临床疗效,且安全性良好,具有协同作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Bicyclol on liver function,liver fibrosis and imaging indexes of decompensated cirrhosis patients due to HBV infection.Method:A total of 74 cases of decompensated cirrhosis patients due to HBV infection hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate and the observation group was treated with Bicyclol on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function,liver fibrosis and imaging indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result:The effective rate of observation group was 94.59%higher than 75.68%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,HA,LN,PCⅢ,CⅣof the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while ALB was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the portal vein diameter,spleen vein diameter and spleen thickness of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Bicyclol can obviously improve the liver function,reduce the degree of liver fibrosis and improve the clinical efficacy with good safety and synergistic effect in decompensated cirrhosis patients due to HBV infection.
