摘要
针对省级农科院面向乡村振兴的科技供给状况进行调查,选择3个省通过走访、座谈和问卷调查的方式分别对其省级农科院、农业经营性服务主体、基层农户等实地调研,探求新型农业经营主体、农民对省级农科院的科技需求。研究结果显示,农户和新型农业经营主体在农业科技创新推广扩散的推广主体、推广方式、合作方式、需求内容方面存在较大的差异。因此,在省级农业科学院服务地方现代农业发展过程中,需要瞄准自己的战略定位,根据现代农业发展需求对推广方式、合作方式、需求等采取针对性措施。
This paper investigated the supply of science and technology for rural rejuvenation in Provincial Academies of agricultural sciences. Three provinces were selected to conduct field research on Provincial Academies of agricultural sciences, agricultural managerial service subjects and grass-roots farmers.Through visits, discussions and questionnaires, the scientific and technological needs of new managers and farmers to provincial academies of agricultural sciences were explored. The results showed that there were great differences between farmers and new managers in the promotion subject, promotion mode, cooperation mode and demand content of agricultural science. Therefore, in the process of Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences serving local modern agricultural development, it was necessary to aim at its strategic positioning and take targeted measures to promote, cooperate and demand according to the needs of modern agricultural development.
