摘要
[目的/意义]大数据资产是图书馆最具价值属性的资源,更是图书馆未来的管理与服务模式创新、新价值和新知识创造的源泉。[方法/过程]首先,提出图书馆大数据资产概念,对其内涵、特征及内容进行分析;接着,对其权益保护与合理利用存在的问题进行分析;然后,提出其合理利用的框架模型,并分别对数据确权及溯源、安全隐私、数据质量及估值等进行了分析。[结果/结论]数据资源作为大数据资产的原材料,经过加工和增值后,才能成为数据资产;图书馆大数据资产具有可控制、可变现、可计量、可估值和可流通等特征。
[Purpose/significance] Big data assets are the most valuable resources of library,and they are also the source of future management and service mode innovation,new value and new knowledge creation of library.[Method/process] Firstly,this paper puts forward the concept of big data assets of library,and analyses its connotation,characteristics and contents;secondly,it analyses the problems existing in the protection and rational utilization of its rights and interests;thirdly,it puts forward the framework model of its rational utilization,and analyses the data confirmation and traceability,security privacy,data quality and valuation respectively.[Result/conclusion] As the raw material of big data assets,data resources can become data assets only after processing and value-added.Big data assets of library have the characteristics of controllability,realizability,measurability,valuation and circulation.
