摘要 调味品是能够增加菜肴的色香味、提高菜品质量、有益人体健康的佐餐食品。随着人们饮食的多元化,传统单一的口味已经无法满足消费者的味蕾,因此人们的饮食越来越离不开调味品。随着调味品行业的发展壮大,许多调味品生产厂家为了提高利益,做出了暗改配料、选择低廉且对人体有害的佐料、滥加添加剂等违法行为。另外我国的部分调味品质量与发达国家相比稍有欠缺,这说明除企业自身不规范以外,加工工艺上也存在一定的问题。本文以此问题展开讨论并探究相应对策。 Condiments are foods that increase the color and aroma of the dishes,improve the quality of the dishes,and are good for human health.With the diversification of people’s diets,traditional single tastes can no longer satisfy the taste buds of consumers,therefore,people have become more and more inseparable from condiments.With the development of the condiment industry,many condiment manufacturers have brought profits from it,bad businesses change the ingredients to choose low-cost and harmful to the human body,violation of additives and other illegal acts.In addition,the quality of some condiments in China is also slightly lacking compared with developed countries,this shows that in addition to the non-standardization of enterprises,there are certain problems in the processing technology.This article expanded with this issue and explores the corresponding countermeasures.
